Wale began his career in banking in Nigeria, for more than 10 years which spanned core banking operations, International treasury management and Investment Banking services.
He continued his career as Financial Advisor and Investment Adviser with CharterOne Securities and managed portfolio investments for clients which included local governments, counties and several cities across the Midwest states.
Over the last 10 years, he transitioned to Organization Change Management and Process Streamlining engagements, leading and delivering technology enabled transformation projects across a broad range of industries, which include Quick Service Restaurants, Package Consumer Products Manufacturing and Distribution, ‘Big Ticket’ Retail operations and Public Utilities.
Currently, provides leadership on System Implementation engagements across multiple dimensions, which include Program Management, Change Leadership, Organizational Transformation and Development as well as Learning Management.
An Illinois licensed stock broker, Wale has a BSc (Finance) degree from the University of Lagos and Alum of Harvard Business School Finance Transformation Analytics.
Pastor Wale was Asst. Pastor at Jesus House, Chicago for over 10 years and recently transitioned to RCCG Schaumburg Community Church (SCC) as Pastor-in-Charge. He has served in various areas of ministry since “Freedom Hall” in Lagos, Nigeria and is married with 3 children.
