Pastor (Mrs.) Adebimpe  Ishola, is  a skillful teacher, trainer and mentor with God endowed gift of prayer. She is a practical speaker who draws from her life experiences and training. As a mother and wife, she also has a growing desire to promote healthy family relationships by raising prayerful strong women of virtue, grace and substance. She has been a guest speaker at many Women Conferences in Nigeria, United States of America and Canada.

Pastor Bimpe’s passion for teaching the word of God is expressed in her ministry - LEADERSHIP TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT. She has over 25 years experience as a teacher and trainer in secular and biblical knowledge Pastor Bimpe is the Founder/Chief Servant Officer of Glory & Virtue Ministries, a ministry she founded in 2005 with a mission to disciple believers to be the best they can be for God. Also founded by her are the WOMEN OF SUBSTANCE INTERNATIONAL – an organization that challenges women and encourages the development of their potentials. As an administrator, Pastor Bimpe is currently the Registrar of Redeemer’s Leadership Institute, an institute with a mandate to develop quality leadership and accountability.

Pastor Bimpe spent 19 years of her professional life as a banker before going into full time ministry. Her overriding passion now is to teach the word of God, to live to please her Master, and disciple as many believers as possible. She has pastured a church for over four year giving her deep insights on church planting and church administration.
Currently, Pastor Bimpe assists her husband in building God's kingdom at RCCG Triumphant Chapel Columbus Ohio.  She resides in Columbus Ohio with her family.
